  • ICE BREAKER - 19th September - Espaces Vanel

    In order to  properly conclude the first day of congress, the SWOT Organization Committee is delighted to invite all attendees to an Ice Breaker on the evening of Tuesday 19th September.

    The cocktail will be hosted in the Espace Vanel (Conference Venue) from 18:00 to 20:00 and is included in the registrations fees for every attendee.

  • GALA DINNER - 21st September - Orangerie des Demoiselles

    Before introducing the last sessions of the congress on Friday 22nd September, the Organization Committee figured that everyone would like to properly celebrate the SWOT 2023.

    In this occasion, please do not miss the Gala Dinner which will take place at the Orangerie des Demoiselles on Thursday 21st September, from 19:00 to 00:00. 
    Tasting local produce will be the order of the evening at this estate near Toulouse.

    Buses are organized for the participants. Badge Requested.
